Two artists have restored and extended this extravagant property in detail with a lot of heart and soul. At the heart of this unique and exceptional property is a 270-year-old water mill, which has been restored with great attention to detail. It is in a privileged and spectacular location, surrounded by majestic mountains and with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Without a doubt, this property is one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol. The potential uses are many, either as a spectacular private home, a charming tourist accommodation or a combination of both. It could also be converted into a creative and seminar house. All the conditions are there. This hidden jewel with views worthy of a movie consists of 3 buildings:

1 Mill
- Old part - built 270 years ago.
- New part - built in 1960

1 Villa - built in 1970

1 Bungalow - completely renovated
